Like the free bathroom scene,I also found this great free exterior scene on AMSCENES.
The Scene was tested in several versions of Cinema 4D including C4D R12/13/14/15.
What does the download contain?

- Vray Materials and Textures

to download the scene you need to create a free account on the amscenes.com website, but this shouldn't be a problem I guess.
